The Security Solution Provider (SSP) Division
This division engages in providing a whole spectrum of network security solutions to corporate customers in Mumbai. Backed by a qualified, well-trained and certified team of security professionals, we offer solutions in the domains of firewalls, VPN (IPSec and SSL) , intrusion detection and prevention, content filtering, encryption, authentication, vulnerability assessment, etc to corporate customers headquartered in Mumbai. The scope of services offered include.

* Professional Services – Network vulnerability assessment, ethical hacking, security solutions requirement consulting.

* Technology Consulting - Consulting on various technologies available and advising the client on the basis of his network and security requirements.

* Product Evaluation and Supply – Evaluating various offerings in the domain and advising the customer on the most appropriate solution

* Implementation of the solution.

* Training on the use of the selected product.

* Post-sales support services

Leading vendors of software security products work with IT Secure. These include Network Associates, Portwise, RSA, Surfcontrol , Symantec, Trend Micro.

The Security Market Access
The SMA division is a value-added distributor for network security and network management solutions in India. We work with a network of 100+ channel partners throughout the country. The current principals of the SMA division are Barracuda Networks and Castlerock Computing.

Services to Principals located outside India
We work with our principals to build and develop the markets for their range of products in India. We help design and implement marketing, sales and distribution strategies, offering them an entry point into the Indian market. We usually begin with a market analysis (size, potential and competition),work out a positioning strategy and a suggested business plan to penetrate the Indian market. We implement this plan by identifying prospective channel partners and working closely with them, throughout the sales cycle for target achievements

Services to the Channel Partner Community In India 
We work with the channel in India to increase the depth and breadth of the security solutions that they offer to their clients. This helps them acquire new clients and build stronger and deeper relationships with their existing clients. We introduce them to new technologies or new products in the existing domains they already operate in, provide training, sales and tech support to enable them to make the sale, with a particular focus on the bottomline of the new business.
